Accepting God’s Call: Camper Testimonies
Although the summer camp season of 2023 is over, for months to come, we will still be reveling in the good work God accomplished! We’ll soon dive into planning for upcoming camps, and the fuel for why we do what we do is stories like these.
Will you listen as we tell of the Lord’s greatness and exalt his name with us (Psalm 34:3)?

*John says:
“God showed me that I have a calling to lead worship. I've learned that I want to be who God wants me to be, not who I want to be. My favorite parts of camp were the pickup basketball games we had in the gym and worshiping God. Seeing everybody with their arms raised singing along to every word - it's a powerful thing to be a part of. Especially the fact that we're all teenagers, all getting closer to God. It's not something I see every day, so it was really powerful.”
*Abbi shares:
“The most important spiritual memory for me is when I became a child of God Thursday night. That is hands down the best thing that will ever happen to me. I have been growing and working on my relationship with God. Another thing is the friendships that came out of that week. Not just with other groups but with my group too. I grew so much closer with the people in my group and I’m so thankful for that. I could not have asked for a better week. And I can’t wait for future missions trips. I can’t thank you enough for helping me with my spiritual journey and helping me grow as a person.”
