SPRING BREAK CAMPS

Camps will be available throughout the spring and will follow the same schedule, format, and style of our summer camps. Please call to register or discuss details about our Spring Break camps. Dates, schedules and pricing can be flexible to accommodate a more compact schedule as necessary based on your spring break! We are excited to serve this communities in addition to our summer camps and hope we are able to serve alongside your group this Spring!

  • 5 PM to 7 PM: Check-In

TUESDAY -THURSDAY
  • 7:30 AM: Breakfast, Prep Lunches
  • 8:30 AM: Leave for Mission Site
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch on Mission Site
  • 4:00 PM: Head back to Housing Facility
  • 6:00 PM: Dinner 
  • 8:00 PM: Chapel 
  • 9:00 PM: Group Discussion Time
  • 10:30 PM: Lights Out/In Rooms
FRIDAY
  • Continental Breakfast at chosen time 
  • Free Day 
  • *Lunch and Dinner Not Provided
  • 7:00 PM: Optional Friday Fellowship

SATURDAY
  • Continental Breakfast at chosen time
  • Check Out by 10 AM

Transportation

You are responsible for transportation for the week to/from camp and to/from your mission sites each day.

Financial Policies

HOW TO REGISTER
You can call the office at 800-989-1507 or register online by clicking on the dates above. To register, we will need your information, church information, the camp, date, and how many spots you will need. You can change the number of spots at a later time via email or call.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION
A deposit of $100 per participant, of which $50 is non-refundable, is due within 30 days of registering to confirm your registration. April 1st is the deadline for deposits to be transferable & refundable. You can make payments via mailing a check or credit card (3% transaction fee) online or over the phone.

Visit our Forms & Resources Page to see the required camp forms, summer themes, and chaperone expectations. Each individual, camper and chaperone, needs to bring one notarized Permission Form and Release of Liability. The whole group will need to bring one Code of Conduct.
