I'm not going to lie, being a TEAMeffort staff member is not easy, but it is so worth it. Over the summer you will experience sweat, tears, splinters, junk food, hard work, tiredness, hammers and many different kinds of nails, countless hours at Lowe's and Home Depot, hot days, painting, subway everyday, friendships with co-staff members and youth groups, early mornings and late nights. Oh and I forgot, you are doing all of this to serve the Lord. You will see God work in ways you never have experienced before. And you yourself will grow closer to and strengthen your relationship with Christ, and get the opportunity to help lead others to Christ.
