Staff Mission Opportunities

How will you walk with Christ this summer? Being a part of the TEAMeffort Summer Staff gives you the opportunity to work in missions projects all summer long! TEAMeffort gives you the chance to break out of your shell and be stretched in so many aspects as you draw nearer and nearer to Christ. These are all things you can expect to have after a TEAMeffort summer. As a Summer Staff member, you will be working in a Christian environment for 10 weeks (plus 1 week of training prior to camp). Living with other college-aged students and young adults from around the nation, you will be an integral part in orchestrating mission projects for middle and high school youth groups that come to camp each week at the location you are placed.

Staff Members are paid fairly, as well as all housing costs and most food and gas costs covered throughout the summer.

While you should expect to work harder than you've ever worked, you will gain so much more than a summer paycheck. Our past staff members have had life changing experiences as they have seen God work in indescribable ways and learned how to truly serve others. You'll also have fun, meet tons of new people and have a challenging summer that stretches you.
