Cherokee Nation,OK

On this mission trip your group will have the opportunity to serve the Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. This area is home to more than 125,000 Cherokee Indians many of which are in desperate need of help. Through a combination of different hands on construction projects including wheel chair ramps, decks, roofs, and painting, your group will be able to experience the unique Cherokee culture while putting their faith into action. Youth will be able to interact and pour into each homeowner in order to share the love of Christ with this population! 

Lodging: Groups will stay in a facility with kitchen & dining area, Chapel & meeting area, and recreational facilities. All meals are provided except one lunch and two dinners during free time. 

Area Attractions: Tubing, canoeing, water park, Cherokee Heritage Center, amusement center
