International Mission Trip to Puerto Rico

Located in the heart of the Caribbean, Puerto Rico is known as the "Island of Enchantment." On the southern coast of the island lies the town of Ponce, and many opportunities for ministry and service within communities where families struggle with poverty every day. On this international mission trip, youth will be able to serve in one of the poorest communities by passing out food and through children's outreach ministries in the neighborhood and at the local parks. Groups will also serve through hands-on projects such as home repair and renovation. Your youth will be able to experience a different cultural and come to love the children and families of Ponce as they bring Christian service to an area desperately in need of help.

Lodging: Groups fly into San Juan and will stay at a mission outreach facility with bunk rooms, meeting and worship areas, and dining hall. All food, translators, project needs, evening programs & music are covered.

Area Attractions: Groups will have free time to enjoy historic downtown Ponce and visit local beaches. Free day activities include exciting options such as: visiting waterfalls, beach trips, snorkeling
excursions along the coast, and diving into the bioluminescent bay.
