Tahlequah, OK
Groups will stay at the Circle of Care Retreat with bunk style cabins, dining hall, chapel, sports fields and swimming pool. All meals are provided except two lunches and two dinners during free time.
Mission Projects:
Youth will have the opportunity to serve at a children’s home through hands-on repair and improvement projects, as well as through interaction, games and outreach to the children who live there. Groups will also be able to minister to the Cherokee Indian community in Tahlequah through home repair, painting and maintenance. Both of these experiences offer youth a way help meet the needs of the children at the home and the people of the Cherokee Reservation through hands-on projects and relational ministry.

Typical Schedule:
Sunday: Registration begins at 6:00 pm. Orientation, music and worship.
Monday: Work on the mission projects. Recreation and swimming Evening music and worship.
Tuesday: Work on mission projects. Sports and game night. Evening music and worship.
Wednesday: Work on mission project. Evening music and worship.
Thursday: Work on mission projects till lunch. Free afternoon. Evening closing worship service.
Friday: Free day to visit local attractions. Friday night fellowship.
Saturday: Depart by 10:00 am.
