Mission Projects:

Haiti occupies the western third of the Island of Hispaniola in the Caribbean and is the poorest country in the western hemisphere. It is home to an impoverished population with an average income of four hundred dollars per year. The island has a growing and desperate population of orphans in need of homes, food and medical attention. Your group will be helping to build and repair orphanages and clinics to help meet those needs. Most importantly, your youth will also have the opportunity to reach out and minister to the children by spending time with them and showing them the attention and love they so desperately need.

Lodging:

Groups will fly into Port-au- Prince and will stay in secure residential style housing facilities in the town of Gonaives. All food, ground transportation, project needs, interpreters, evening programs & music are included.

Area Attractions:

During free time groups can enjoy touring the streets and markets in downtown Gonaives. Groups will also have the option of spending the last day at a resort on the beach in St. Mark at a discounted rate where there are activities such as swimming & snorkeling.

Cost: $599 (excluding airfare)
