Mission Projects:

Benton Harbor, Michigan is located right outside the shadow of Chicago. In an area that has numerous neighborhoods and families in need, groups will have the chance to reach out to these struggling families by helping with home repair and painting. For this impoverished area even the smallest amount of help brings new hope. Groups will also have opportunities to reach out to the community in the evenings with special activities planned with the children in the area.

Lodging:

Groups are housed at a local church gym and family life center with on site shower facilities, kitchen and dining room, worship area and recreation facilities. All meals are provided except two lunches and two dinners during free time.

Lake Michigan, Six Flags Amusement and Water Parks, Sears Tower

Typical Schedule:

Sunday: Registration begins at 6:00 pm . Orientation, music and worship

Monday: Work on the mission projects . Recreation and swimming Evening music and worship

Tuesday: Work on mission projects . Sports and game night. Evening music and worship

Wednesday: Work on mission project . Evening music and worship

Thursday: Work on mission projects till lunch. Free afternoon. Evening closing worship service.

Friday: Free day to visit local attractions . Friday night fellowship.

Saturday: Depart by 10:00 am
