Working with the Navajo Indians on the Dilkon Reservation in Arizona or with the Cherokee Tribe in Eastern Oklahoma will put your group in the middle of a totally different culture and expand their horizons through serving in areas with unique ways of life and very great need. Your youth will work in and on mission facilities as well as individual family homes throughout the week. In addition to the hands-on projects, groups should plan on spending time with the parents and children in the villages and on the reservation for individual outreach and ministry through sports, music and programs. The experience of ministry and Christian service within the Indian culture leaves a lasting impact for all involved.
